What's Up Weekend: L.A. Congress of Neighborhoods, Bryan Chan and Friends

Here are five things to know in Studio City today.

1. This Saturday, Sept. 28, all day at City Hall is the 2013 L.A. Congress of Neighborhoods meeting called "Bridging the Gap" and it's presented the city's neighborhood councils. Click here for more information.

2. Jump Cut Café at 13203 Ventura Blvd. holds a music showcase Saturday night starting at 6 p.m., including blues musician Bryan Chan. Click here for more information.
