A red brick path leads to the 1930s ranch, which has four bedrooms and two-plus baths within 3,407 square feet of indoor space. The living room has a fireplace and hardwood flooring. A white kitchen features a six-burner range, granite counters, and herringbone-patterned wood flooring. A pool sits in the backyard.
The listing says the home is located on “a privileged, picturesque street” in Colfax Meadows, which Los Angeles Magazine has called one of the city’s 10 best neighborhoods. There are a few other multimillion-dollar listings in the 91604 ZIP code, but the median list price currently sits at $1.1 million. The city’s most expensive listing is a five-bedroom palace for $4.85 million.
