2 People Killed In Union City Crash
The deadly collision involved a tow truck and a Mercedes. The two who died were in the Mercedes.

UNION CITY, CA — Two people were killed in Union City late Sunday afternoon when a tow truck and a Mercedes crashed on Mission Boulevard at Lafayette Avenue. One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, while the second person was transported to the hospital, where they died.
The victims' names have not been released.
The wreck was reported at 3:03 p.m., according to Union City Police.

Police have not announced the cause of the crash.
Mission Boulevard was closed to all traffic between Lexington Avenue and Tamarack Drive fore about 5 hours as police completed their investigation.
