Asylum For The Insane To Open In Tri-Cities
Check it out: three nights only. Happy Halloween!

NEWARK, CA – Love a spooky thrill? Then head to the "Asylum for the Insane," a scary experience brought to you by Newark resident and Halloween fan Darin Dinis, known for his annual ghostly neighborhood haunts.
This year's creation, at his home at 36725 Munyan St. in Newark, marks the fifth year of haunted houses for Dinis.
Dinis said he looks forward to the ghostly season and begins planning and construction on the Halloween projects as early as June, aiming each year for new scares.

With this year's theme of "Asylum for the Insane," the haunted house will be open to the public from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Oct. 27 and 28, and also on Halloween night, Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Admission is free, but donations are welcomed and will go to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, as well as maintaining the haunt.

The haunt is for adults and children, Dinis said, adding that it is probably best-suited for those ages 7 and up. "For those with younger children, it is up to the discretion of the parent (or) guardian," he said.
