Bay Area Say Yes to the Dress Event!
A free community event where junior and senior girls were able to SAY YES TO THE DRESS, just in time for Prom!
On Saturday, March 4, 2017, Winning With Other Women (WWOW) had their first of three “SAY YES TO THE DRESS” event in Fremont, CA!
With the generous donations from the community, the WWOW ladies were able to collect nearly 350 dresses in the Bay Area alone!
The purpose of this event was to make sure NO girl has to miss a special moment in their high school years due to the high expenses of prom and the financial strain it can put on families. WWOW connected with high schools in the tri-city area including Hayward/Castro Valley, and other non-profit organizations that serve low income and homeless families to help spread the word about the event.
Girls from Hayward High, James Logan, Conley-Caraballo, Kennedy High, American High, and Newark Memorial -- woke up early Saturday morning, were able to enjoy a few morning snacks, try on a few dresses, and all, but 1, were able to "SAY YES TO THE DRESS!"

**This will actually be a prom expo that will feature WWOW's "Say Yes to the Dress" event. There will be a live DJ and a music performance and appearance by a Knockdown Music studio artist. FREE ADMISSION! See Flyer attached.**
