Union City Child Rape Suspect Photo: Police Seek Tips
Manuel Ricardo Ramirez Siguenza has family and other connections in the San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno, and the Southern California areas.
UNION CITY, CA — Union City Police are asking for the public's help in finding Manuel Ricardo Ramirez Siguenza who is suspected of raping a child under the age of 14.
Ramirez Siguenza, 46, has been under investigation since March 23, and now police have released his photo in the hope that tips will lead to his capture.
Police have not released specifics about his suspected victim or crime, but say that Ramirez Siguenza is wanted on the following charges:

Ramirez Siguenza is five feet eight inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
He has family and other connections in the Sacramento, San Jose, Fresno, and the Southern California areas.
