Earn a High School Diploma

The Alameda County Library, in partnership with the California State Library and Gale-Cengage Learning, offers adults the opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and one of eight career certificates online through the Career Online High School (COHS).

Are you a resident of one of the following areas?

ASHLAND – CHERRYLAND – SAN LORENZO – UNION CITY – NEWARK – FREMONT – CASTRO VALLEY – DUBLIN

MUST:

· Be at least 19 years of age

· Have an Alameda County Library Card

· Have basic Computer Skills and Internet Access

· Complete an Online Self - Assessment & 2 Week Pre-Requisite

· Spend 8-10 hours per week on coursework
