Free Pop-Up Coronavirus Tests Wednesday Thru Friday

The drive-thru tests will be administered between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

UNION CITY, CA — If you need a coronavirus test, here are options nearby, in both Newark and Fremont.

A free coronavirus testing station has been set-up in Newark this week, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday thru Friday.

The drive-thru is at Family Bible Fellowship, 37620 Filbert St., Newark. Everyone in the area is welcome to use the clinic.

Even though you will be in your car, you must wear a mask to protect the test giver.

Appointments are encouraged, but you will be tested without an appointment.

Tests are also being performed from 1 to 5 p.m. at Liberty Clinic in Fremont, 35500 Liberty St. You must make an appointment in advance. Phone 510-770-8040 to schedule a test.

The tests are provided by Bay Area Community Health.
