Speech and Congressional Debate Classes For 4-5th Grade Students

Young Genius, Bay Area Debate Academy, #1 ranked speech and debate program in the country, is opening enrollment for January 2nd- May, 31, 2017 Speech and Congressional debate classes in Saratoga and Palo Alto, CA
This course will focus on preparing students for upcoming Congressional debate tournament on March 11, 2017 in Palo Alto and May 13, 2017 Speech tournament in San Jose.
In Congressional Debate students simulate the U.S. Congress and debate issues of current interest. In speech students will improve their presentation and writing skills.
We teach students from 4th or 5th grade, all the way to High School seniors. Congressional Debate and Speech classes focus on the skills which are valuable resources for students in high school, college, and down the road in their careers like research, persuasive speaking, active listening, critical thinking, accurate and extensive note taking and cross examination.
