Decoto Road Reopens Following Closure

UNION CITY, CA — Union City Police report that Decoto Road at Depot Road has reopened.

The road had been blocked Tuesday morning because of malfunctioning railroad crossing arms.

Union Pacific sent a crew to fix the equipment.
