Track Work Causes Delays On BART
Delays of 20 to 40 minutes between South Hayward and Warm Springs can be expected for several days.

UNION CITY, CA — BART riders traveling on trains in south Alameda County can expect delays of up to 40 minutes through Sunday while crews replace rails on the tracks in the Union City area, according to the transit agency.
The work began at the start of service Tuesday and is estimated to continue until 2 p.m. Sunday, prompting trains to travel both ways on a single track through Union City, BART officials said.
The single-tracking will cause delays of 20 to 40 minutes between South Hayward and Warm Springs/South Fremont, according to BART.
