Union City Boulevard Partially Closed Until Friday
A water main break has traffic at a standstill.
UNION CITY, CA — Northbound Union City Boulevard is closed this evening between Smith Street and Whipple Road because of a broken water main in the area, according to police.
As of 5:12 p.m. utility crews were working to repair the break.
Police said Union City Boulevard is not expected to open until morning.
