Union City Police Report Vehicle Thefts, Auto Burglaries

During a two week period police say 19 vehicles were reported stolen, and another 14 were broken into.

UNION CITY, CA — Union City police are investigating 19 vehicle thefts and 14 vehicle burglaries that happened over a two week period.

Of the 19 vehicles reported stolen, eight have been recovered.

The majority of auto burglaries happened in residential areas, with four reported at Union Landing Shopping Center.

The reports were made between April 26 and May 9.
