What's The Oldest Home For Sale In Union City?

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find that was for sale in Union City.

This one is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 33464 11th St. The extensively refurbished, one-story home was built in 1912.

It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 1,400 square feet. The home was listed as selling for $389,000 and indeed it was purchased recently.
