VENICE, CA — Iconic artist Mike D aka Michael Diamond of the Beastie Boys landed an architectural gem in Venice along the neighborhood's famous walk streets.

The Manhattan native is one of the founding members of the legendary hip hop group the Beastie Boys and purchased the box-style home for $3.2M over a year ago, but it's now known that he was the unreported buyer, Dirt reports.

The home has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was built in 1927 but remodeled around 1960. It features a stainless steel kitchen, concrete floors with heating and a central fireplace.
