Cher Sells Venice Walk-Street Home

The legendary actress, diva and pop star Cher sold her Venice property for nearly $100,000 more than its listing price, according to RISMedia.com, a real estate website.

Located at 125 Vista Place, the three-bedroom, two bath home went on the market for $1.899 in March, according to AOL Real Estate, and sold for $1.95 million. The property is a few short blocks from the beach, Main Street and Abbott Kinney Boulevard. 

The entertainer bought the home in 2010 for about $1.5 million. 

The walk-street was built in 2008 and features high ceilings, sliding glass walls and a rooftop deck.
