Elementary School in Los Angeles Needs Help Building New Playground

The original playground was torn down three years ago because of safety code issues.

By Mirna Alfonso

Our Lady of Loretto Elementary School is in need of a playground.

The playground was demolished three years ago because it was more than 20 years old and did not meet safety codes. To this date school officials have been unable to build a playground because of budget constraints. The school is asking the public’s help to make this a reality for the students.
