People looking to clean out their garages and sell or perhaps trade their skate and surfboards are invited to attend the Venice Beach Surf & Skate Festival on April 13.
The event features a swap meet as well as vendors selling new and used gear, live music and food and beer. There will also be a charity raffle and proceeds will benefit the Venice Boys & Girls Club. Last year, the raffle raised over $1,200 for the organization.
The festival will be held at the Venice Farmers Market lot, located at 2150 Dell Ave. on April 13 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit www.vbssf.com.
