The center, which is run by the Sober Living Network and operated by volunteers, has been at its present location in Venice since 2008.
The center offers a place for addiction meetings for $20 to $50 per meeting and hopes to provide 50 meetings per week within the year, said Jeff Christensen, project director for the Sober Living Network.
