Upcoming Emergency Preparedness Expo in Venice
The Venice Neighborhood Council is sponsoring a mini-emergency preparedness expo May 12 at the Venice Library.
Do you know what to do in case of an emergency such as an earthquake, tsunami or fire?
If not, the Venice Neighborhood Council is sponsoring a mini-emergency preparedness expo May 12 at the Venice Public Library to help you out. The mini-expo will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visitors can use the library parking lot and there will be plenty of experts on hand, including representatives from the state's Department of Insurance, said Daffodil Tyminski of the council's Public Safety Committee during the council's April 17 meeting.
