Woman Armed With A Gun Taken Into Custody In Venice, Police Say
Los Angeles police set up a perimeter Monday to search for a woman suspected of having a gun in Venice, officials told Patch.
VENICE, CA — A woman suspected of having a gun in Venice was taken into custody Monday afternoon, Los Angeles Police Department officials told Patch.
The armed suspect was reported about 1 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of Lincoln Boulevard, near Indiana Avenue, Officer William Cooper of the Los Angeles Police Department told Patch.
Officers set up a perimeter in the area to search for the suspect, whose name was not immediately released.
