CALIFORNIA — Earlier this year, Kiplinger published the report "8 Features That Will Sell Your Home Faster." At the top of the list, with a whopping 92 percent of homebuyers seeking this feature -- laundry rooms. Yep! Nothing sexy about a laundry room, but it's a tremendous time and labor saver.

Some laundry rooms are nicer than the typical living room, but they don't have to be fancy to do the trick.
