Income cap for one person: $52,080; 2 people: $59,520.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Applications are open right now 30 studio and 14 one-bedroom apartments at the new St. Paul’s Commons development in Walnut Creek. All of the units are low income housing.

The deadline to apply is July 1. The income cap for Annual Gross Household Income for one person is $52,080, while for two people it is $59,520.

The project is scheduled to be completed in November.

According to Resources for Community Development, which is handling the application process, "St. Paul’s Commons is a mixed-use development with community-serving spaces operated by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Trinity Center, and is close to shopping, schools, and BART."

In addition to apartment, there will be limited bike and car parking, on-site laundry, and security cameras. No pets will be allowed.
