Habitat For Humanity Partners With City Of Walnut Creek

Habitat for Humanity is partnering with the City of Walnut Creek to build a beautiful, 42-home affordable community on Las Juntas Way! One, two, three, and four bedroom townhomes will be divided among eight buildings, arranged around a central community space where neighbors in gather and children can play. Backyards for each unit ensure private outdoor space as well. With quick access to BART, Contra Costa Centre Transit Village, major highways, and the Iron Horse Trail, homeowners will be well connected to local amenities. First, Zero Net Energy design means this neighborhood and it will be better for the planet and better for your budget.
