3.6-Magnitude Earthquake Hits Near Gilroy
BREAKING: The quake was recorded about 3 miles south of the city, officials said.

GILROY, CA – A small earthquake struck near Gilroy this morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
At about 6:58 a.m., a magnitude 3.6 earthquake was reported about 3.1 miles south of Gilroy, USGS officials said.
Following the quake, there were no immediate reports of any damage, according to a Gilroy police dispatcher.
