If you are a resident of the City of Watsonville and you receive our phone call during the next two weeks, please take a few minutes of your time to help your community by contributing your ideas and thoughts about life in Watsonville. Your input will help inform the decisions that will shape the future of our community.
The City of Watsonville is conducting a community wide survey starting on January 8 – February 5, 2021. The purpose of the survey is to gather opinions of those living in Watsonville so that we may better understand residents’ satisfaction with City of Watsonville programs and services, and collect input on community initiatives and priorities that will serve in planning for 2021 and beyond. Understanding residents’ priorities and concerns is important for the City Council and provides guidance in making decisions to build a community that best reflect the values and needs of those living in Watsonville.

A random sample of residents in Watsonville will be called and the name of the firm (“GreatBlue”) will show up on the caller ID, should you have the technology at your home. If you do not have Caller ID technology, the phone number that appears will be 860-740-4000, or a variation of that (i.e., 860-740-4005, -4006 or 4007).
You will also have the ability to take the survey online starting on Monday, January 18, 2021.
