Dense Fog Advisory In Effect For Santa Cruz County
Visibilities of a quarter-mile or less have been reported at airports in Watsonville and beyond.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory for Friday morning in Santa Cruz County and other coastal areas from the North Bay to Big Sur.
Visibilities of a quarter-mile and less have been reported in airports in Watsonville, Half Moon Bay, Monterey and Salinas, NWS said. Dense fog formed near the ocean late last night.
Smoke and haze have also reduced visibility, NWS said.
