Harvest Festival: Pumpkin Patch And Apple Bash

Farm Discovery's annual Harvest Fest at Live Earth Farm will take place on October 20th.

WATSONVILLE, CA - From Farm Discovery: On Saturday, October 20th, 2018 Farm Discovery invites the community to get to know their food and celebrate the harvest at the annual Harvest Festival. This event is the culmination of the fall tour season, welcoming students back to the farm with their families. Open to the public, Farm Discovery celebrates the harvest with loads of family friendly fun including tractor rides, face painting, live music, apple cider making, a buffet lunch and lots of local treats by Penny Ice Creamery, Pajaro Pastures, Hidden Fortress Coffee, Farmhouse Culture and Companion Bakeshop.

Through Farm Discovery’s programs local, under served youth build confidence in learning to be active caretakers of themselves, their community and their environment. This is why the Farm Discovery Program hosts three farm events a year for the community, to provide farm programming for local families.

Tickets are $5.00 per person, under 3 free. This is a family event, so bring the whole crew! Purchase tickets or sponsor the event by connecting on Farm Discovery at Live Earth’s website: https://farmdiscovery.org/event/harvestfest/or email: admin@farmdiscovery.org.
