Local Brewery Named Among New Bay Area Breweries To Check Out
Fruition Brewing in Watsonville was one of five recently opened Bay Area breweries that the Bay Area News Group spotlighted last week.
WATSONVILLE, CA — Watsonville's Fruition Brewing — an organic brewery that opened last summer in the East Lake Village Shopping Center — was one of five new Bay Area breweries spotlighted in a Bay Area News Group feature last week.
Fruition Brewing crafts brews in a seven-barrel system made from repurposed wine and dairy tanks, according to its website. The business said it tries to use local, sustainable and organic ingredients, with spent grain going to Garden Variety Cheese in Watsonville.
Garden Variety cheeses can sometimes be found on the brewery's menu, the business said, and Fruition Brewing hosts Tortas Al 100 every other Sunday.
