Local Mediterranean Restaurant Chain Expands To Watsonville

WATSONVILLE, CA — Zameen Mediterranean Cuisine, a local restaurant chain, has opened its third restaurant at the Hangar at the Watsonville Municipal Airport: Zameen at the Hangar.

Zameen's other locations include items such as feta fries, calamari, a lamb burger, tabbouleh and gyros.

The restaurant had soft opening Dec. 3 and plans to have a grand opening on an unspecified date in January, The Pajaronian reported.

“Watsonville as a community… they really show up for each other,” co-owner Alexis Snowden told The Pajaronian.

Other tenants of the Hangar include Beer Mule and Mr. Z's Crepes & Teas.
