Police Blotter: Battery and Public Intoxication

Monday

10:40 p.m. An unknown male suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and took property from inside on the 500 block of Manzana Street. He fled prior to police arrival.

8:25 p.m. Mario Degollado, 52, battered his uncle on the 100 block of Sixth Street, who was transported to the hospital for his injuries. 

8:15 p.m. Jose Ortiz was arrested on the 1400 block of Freedom Boulevard for driving on a suspended license, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ortiz was issued a citation and released from the scene.

1:08 a.m. Oliveros Lopez Reyes, 31, was arrested for public intoxication on the 1600 block of W Beach Street. He was unable to care for himself and was later transported to County Jail for booking.
