Police Blotter: Heroin Arrests and Punctured Tires
The following arrest information was supplied by the Watsonville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

8:44 p.m. Jesus Melgoza was cited and released for an outstanding warrant on the 200 block of Ford Street.
4:47 p.m. Jessie Hernandez was arrested for having an outstanding warrant confirmed misdemeanor warrant for his arrest on Palm Ave and Sudden Street.
2 p.m. The victim was scammed by a telephone which resulted in grand theft on the 100 block of Blanca Lane.

10:28 a.m. Jose Murillo and Leocadio Garate were contacted at Ramsey Park (1301 Main Street). Murillo had a syringe containing heroin in his hand. He was arrested and charged with possession and violation of a court order.Â
10:46 a.m. An unidentified suspect punctured a Michelin tire that was on a PT Cruiser on the 200 block of Marigold Ave. The cost of the tire is $135.
