Police Blotter: Man Arrested For Possessing Glass Pipe
The following arrest information was supplied by the Watsonville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday
9:39 p.m. Al Pablo Alvarez Clemente was contacted during a traffic stop at Brennan Street and Palm Ave at 9:39 p.m. He was found to have a warrant for his arrest.
8:18 p.m. Jose Torres II, 34, was arrested for an outstanding warrant at the 100 block on Blanca Lane.

8:04 p.m. At about 8:08 p.m., Guy “Popeye” Lovell, 48, was contacted on the 400 block of Rodriguez Street and arrested for two warrants. He was booked into County Jail.
12:39 p.m. Sheila Roney was contacted at Ramsey Park and arrested for possession of a glass pipe used to smoke a controlled substance.
