Sunday, Sept. 29
DUI: A man was arrested on Riverside Drive and Main Street just before 1 a.m.
Theft: A man was ticketed for shoplifting from 7-Eleven on Main Street.Â
Assault: Two shoplifters assaulted two store employees at a business on the 900 block of East Lake Avenue. The man grabbed the throat of one employee while a 15-year-old girl placed the other employee in a choke hold. The girl was arrested.
Saturday, Sept. 28
Vandalism: A 27-year-old man was arrested after a witness saw him shatter the window of another man's truck on the 700 block of Walker Street.Â
Car burglary: A vehicle parked at the movie theater was broken into.Â
Marijuana: A 21-year-old driver stopped for a vehicle code violation was ticketed for having marijuana, hash and vandalism tools on East High Street and Freedom Boulevard.Â
Friday, Sept. 27
Theft: A 15-year-old girl was detained for shoplifting from Kmart. She later was sent home with her mother.Â
DUI: A 49-year-old man was arrested on the 1200 block of Main Street just after 4 p.m.Â
Counterfeiting: A man unknowingly tried to pass a fake $10 bill at a business on the 200 block of Riverside Drive.Â
Theft: A woman's purse was stolen from her Walker Street home and several unauthorized transactions were made on her accounts.Â
Thursday, Sept. 26
Vandalism: Reported on the 500 block of Auto Center Drive just after 5 a.m.
Robbery: A robber brandished two knives at two men on East High and Lincoln Streets around 9:30 p.m. He stole their money, jewelry and a cell phone, then road away on a yellow bike.
Wednesday, Sept. 25
Drugs: A 40-year-old man was arrested for having methamphetamine and a pipe on Stanford and Roosevelt streets.
Tuesday, Sept. 24
Vandalism: A woman slashed two tired on a car parked on the 500 block of East Lake Avenue.Â
Monday, Sept. 23
Vehicle Burglary: It happened early in the morning on the 200 block of East Beach Street.Â
Vandalism: A car was damaged on the 300 block of South Green Valley Road.Â
Theft: A bike was stolen from in front of the library in the morning.Â
Vandalism: A home's dining room window was damaged, possibly with a BB gun, on the 100 block of Vista Street.
Drunk in Public: A man was arrested for public intoxication on the 400 block of Rodriguez Street just before 10 p.m.
