What challenges have you encountered during the pandemic?

We transitioned fairly quickly to curbside pick-up service and Summer Reading Program sign-ups and reference services — by moving enough equipment to our lobby we've been able to provide many of the public services we did when we were open to the public. We are on our 18th week providing curbside service. We've also been returning phone calls for those looking for books to borrow.
