Ret. Supreme Court Justice Visits Watsonville

Retired United States Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor spoke on Civics at Watsonville High on Friday.

O'Connor visited the Mello Center to speak to high school civics classes and local elected officials.

Watsonville Police Chief Manny Solano said the "best part was watching her swear in the youth council."
