Watsonville Police Blotter: DUIs and Shoplifting

Wednesday, Jan. 2
11:07 p.m. Two suspects stole beer from the Quick Stop Market on the 2100 block of Freedom Boulevard.Â
9:40 p.m. Antonio Ruiz Fernandez was stopped for speeding on the 1200 block of Lincoln Street and found to be unlicensed and DUI with a .13/.12 blood alcohol content. He was booked into County Jail.

4:58 p.m. Manuel Cabezuela was arrested at the 200 block of Clifford Ave for being in violation of the gang terms of his probation, and was booked into County Jail.
9:01 a.m. Travis Bennett, 25, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding bench warrant at the 100 Block of Hope Drive. He was transferred to County Jail for booking.

1:29 a.m. Jonathan Castaneda, 21, was arrested for possession of a Methampetamine pipe at Lincoln Street and E. Lake Ave.
