Watsonville Woman Killed In Skydiving Accident: Report

The Watsonville skydiving enthusiast had made thousands of jumps in the past, the Associated Press reported.

WATSONVILLE, CA — A Watsonville woman has been identified as the victim in a fatal skydiving accident near Lodi, the Associated Press reported.

Sabrina Call, 57, died after her parachute and reserve chute became tangled, the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office told the Sacramento Bee.

She was the 22nd person to die at the Skydive Lodi Parachute Center in Acampo, AP reported. Owner Bill Dause said skydiving is a risky sport.
