101/exhibit Opens Art Space in West Hollywood

Miami-based art gallery 101/exhibit is opening its newest show, {sic} by Jason Shawn Alexander, Saturday in West Hollywood. 

101/exhibit's new space is located at 8920 Melrose Avenue, and the {sic} show will run from Saturday through November 26. 

The term "sic," from an editorial standpoint, suggests that a statement appears as it was stated. 

“Jason’s work deeply penetrates immediately, directly to the core of integrity; often depicting figurative imagery, wretched in hyper-critical spaces — where mind, body and spirit hangs in the balance of existential woe," said gallery owner Sloan Schaffer in a press release.

Saturday's gallery hours are from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
