'$3 Everything Store' Brandless Hosts Pop-Up In West Hollywood

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – Brandless, the online store where everything is $3, is hosting a Pop-Up with Purpose in West Hollywood from May 1 to 13. The pop-up is providing an opportunity for the community to come together and check out workshops and panels with some of the most influential leaders in food, health and wellness, social good and more, the press release said.

When Brandless was launched, the co-founders wanted to create an authentic new kind of relationship between people and the companies built to serve them, according to Brandless Co-Founder and CEO Tina Sharkey. Brandless makes hundreds of everyday essentials, including non-GMO and organic food, clean beauty and personal care products, non-toxic cleaners and home goods, according to the press release.

“We wanted to fix a broken system and show people that everyone deserves better, and that better doesn’t need to cost more,” Sharkey said in a statement. “The BrandlessLife Pop-up with Purpose is an offline extension of our online mission, connecting and highlighting our community by putting a spotlight on them and sharing the ways we make each other kinder, healthier and more resilient. BrandlessLife is about more than shopping, it’s about shining a light on ways to live more, and brand less.”

Brandless and Feeding America are partnering for the event, which furthers Brandless' mission of donating meals to those in need, and raising awareness of the hunger crisis in America, the press release said. The company will donate meals through Feeding America on behalf of each person that visits the pop-up throughout the two weeks, and another three meals every time a community member tags @brandlesslife and #brandlesslife on social media. Brandless will also donate 5,000 meals in honor of every speaker at the event.
