
The ONE Group, the New York-based hospitality company known for its high-energy dining venues, welcomes Chef David Gussin, who will serve as Executive Chef for its popular Los Angeles restaurant, .
Chef Gussin, who most recently served as the Chef de Cuisine for SBE’s , brings varied experience from well-known Los Angeles eateries to The ONE Group.
As Executive Chef at STK Los Angeles, the female-driven steakhouse that has become a mainstay for A-list celebrities, Gussin will work to ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients and the finest cuts of meat continue to be incorporated into the menu.

Chef Gussin brings to The ONE Group his dedication and passion for excellently prepared food and proper hospitality. In his cooking, Chef Gussin draws influences from all over the world including his studies of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Spanish, New American, Latin and Caribbean flavors.

Chef Gussin will play an integral role in continuing to evolve the STK menu in Los Angeles, while still maintaining continuity with other STK locations nationwide. In addition, he will help educate the staff with technique and assist with new recipe development.

The energy in the restaurant is great and I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and help continue to make this restaurant rock.”
STK Los Angeles opened in 2008 as the West Coast outpost of the thriving location in New York’s Meatpacking District. The Los Angeles location is often host to a flock of paparazzi out front awaiting the arrival or departure of Hollywood’s elite.
Tagged “not your daddy’s steakhouse,” the eatery offers an energy-fueled dining experience complete with sexy décor, soft lighting and the beats of a deejay spinning in the central DJ booth. As part of the varied nightlife experience, the restaurant has recently started cooking and mixology “how-to” classes for its guests on a monthly basis.
