Parking Rates Established for New West Hollywood Library Garage

The City Council approved the recommended hours of operation and public parking rates for the located at 628 N. San Vicente Blvd.
 
This is for the 91-space parking garage dedicated exclusively for library patrons. are available to patrons at the library circulation desk between the hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.
 
Patrons arriving at the library parking garage simply pull a ticket and park their car. When departing the garage user inserts their paid or validated parking ticket to raise the gate arm to exit.
 
To discourage public parking during library hours, non-library patrons using this garage, are required to pay the posted rates. Parking validations from West Hollywood Park and swimming pool will not be accepted at the library garage during library hours.
 
Non-library patrons may make payments by inserting their parking ticket and their form of payment at the "pay on foot" station conveniently located near the ground floor elevators. They also have the option of paying at the exit column.
 
The following rates from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., which are at or below parking rates charged by nearby parking structures.
 
No Charge with library validation (up to 3 hours) during library hours.
$1.00 per each 20 minutes ($3.00 per hour)
$12.00 Maximum
 
Maximum Rate after 6 p.m.
$6.00 after 6 p.m. -- Sunday through Wednesday
$8.00 after 6 p.m. -- Thursday
$9.00 after 6 p.m. -- Friday and Saturday
