'Big Bang' Actor Selling California Home for Big Bucks

"Leonard Hofstadter" bought the house, located above the Sunset Strip, from another TV star.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA - Johnny Galecki earns $1 million per episode for appearing as physicist Leonard Hofstadter on “The Big Bang Theory,” so the home he’s selling in West Hollywood for $1.995 million cost him about two weeks salary. You may need to work a bit longer to afford the down payment.

The two bedroom, two bathroom home has everything a bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills needs, including a stunning pool, spa and waterfall. The home is gated, with a long driveway for ultimate privacy.

Galecki purchased the home 15 years ago from “Grey’s Anatomy” star Patrick Dempsey.

Galecki recently purchased a new home in the Hollywood Hills from “Spy” star Jason Statham for $9 million. Galecki will have more room to move around - six bedrooms and a matching six bathrooms.

His home is represented by Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland.
