'Cheers' To Mom: The Ultimate Mother's Day Cocktails

CALIFORNIA — Toast Mom on her big day with one of these exotic cocktails, perfect for Mother's Day with recipes courtesy of the clever mixologists at West Hollywood's Delilah restaurant and Sesión Premium Tequila.

These four, easy-to-make concoctions, "Tin Pan Alley," "The JoJo," "Elderflower Spritz" and "Siena Nuevo," all are unique with sweet hints of fruit, fruit syrups, plus one with elderflower liqueur. Take a peek, and see which one she'd like best ...

(While certain liquor brands may be named, any brand may be substituted.)

Tin Pin Alley (from Delilah)

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Vida Mezcal
• .5oz Plymouth Gin
• .5oz St Germain,
• 1oz Lime Juice
• 1oz Raspberry Syrup
• 2 dashes of Bittermens Boston Bitters
• 1oz Egg White

Method: Combine everything and dry shake. Add ice and long shake. Strain into a coupe with two ice cubes in it. Garnish with a few mint leaves.

The Jojo (from Delilah)

Ingredients:

• 1 oz ELYX Vodka
• .75 oz St. Germain
• .75 oz Lemon juice
• 2 Strawberries
• Topped with Prosecco

Method: Muddles strawberries in shaker. Add all ingredients in shaker with ice (with out Prosecco). Shake and fine strain into glass. Top off with Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.

Elderflower Spritz (from Sesión)

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Sesión Blanco
• ½ oz Elderflower liqueur
• ⅔ oz Fresh lime juice
• Fill soda water
• Cucumber & mint for garnish

Method: Add all ingredients except soda water to shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain over fresh ice in a wine glass. Top with soda, garnish with cucumber and mint.

Sienna Nuevo (from Delilah)

Ingredients:

• 2oz Avion Silver
• .5oz Aperol
• 1oz Lime Juice
• 1oz Passionfruit Syrup
• 4 dashes House Made Spicy Bitters

Method: Combine everything in a shaker and long shake. Strain over ice Into a glass with a spicy rim. Garnish with a few flowers on the top of the cube.
