Construction Starts On Huge Sunset Blvd Hotel/Residences Project

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – West Hollywood, welcome the new kid on the block. A new 300,000 sq. ft. hotel and apartment development is set to open in 2020, and will take up a full city block along Sunset Strip, real estate firm AECOM Capital announced Wednesday.

Pendry West Hollywood and the Pendry Residences West Hollywood will be located at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive, and will consist of 149 luxury guestrooms and 40 private residences, the AECOM Capital press release said. Guests and residence owners will have access to hotel amenities, including: a private membership club, multiple food and beverage outlets, a rooftop pool and bar, a multi-purpose live entertainment venue, a screening room, bowling alley, Spa Pendry, fitness center and a curated art collection.
