False Alarm: Pop-up Ltd Merchandise Was NOT POT for GOLFERS ONLY
A crowd of people midday lined up for GOLF got me asking q's when I was shooed away by a Bouncer- "Were doing business here!" Me2him- METOO!
Most people don't mean to act gruff as an insult nor to offend, but people, like that big guy, who could squish me, and me (and you,) often do, and he did say, "No offense intended," before or after I had said, "No disrespect implied," I think that's better than nothing said entirely, just my opinion.
This is clearly not my demo since I thought, "Med store named Golf? I KNOW it's not an annex of Studio 54." This group of really amiable...uh...(kids? youngsters? adolescents? juniors? Generation Er...- I am sorry, but I don't want to need a PhD to know who I am referring to as a one-off remark- despite it being in a PATCH story with a Mayoral shelf life that always seems Presidential to me,) this group of ALL MALE WHATEVER YOU CALL 'EM (see other photo for gender lack of biased smart cam,) were from outside Fresno, they tried to spell their home town with a C, I was like- I'll C if I can...(basically, C you later, Fresnos,) told me there were other stores like this up the street. It seems these are like blue plate specials to take out, for on a date, not as a gender neutral other plate-mate to go to the movies but to wear as really cool up-market fashionable clothes. It IS such a smart and strategic way for brick and mortar stores to compete with online shopping.
I do have trouble keeping up with fashion lines, I know Levi's is an old standard and I heard someone say, recently,"Forever 21 is so last year's 19-year old"- it is confusing for anyone who lives in a city that is multi-cultural and generational, who wants to keep up.

On my way to get a sandwich to go, these beauties- who had just come from Golf- insisted I speak into their blog and I am pretty sure THEY also insisted on being in my selfie, whether they squealed and said, "You mean,THE PATCH!!!???? OMG! OMG! OMG!," I don't remember, but I do believe my colleague in Mass, Westwood "Mayor" Heather Tappen's tip about donating clothes to LBGT youth IS relevant, even though I haven't had time yet to check out the FB PATCH link she suggested I look into, I attach it here as it would seem only good will come of it:

I do urge everyone to consider donating good, wearable clothes to the homeless and ESPECIALLY youth, whether they are homeless because of being cast out by their families due to the fact they are LGBT or otherwise- we all remember what it's like to be young and to be assessed by others on how we dress.
