Historic Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood For Sale
It's the spot where Hollywood royalties like to hang out and it could fetch as high as $100, according to analysts.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA -- Want to own a spot where you hobnob with celebrities and have around $100 million to spare? Then, the historic Sunset Tower Hotel could be yours.
The 14-story Art Deco building, completed in 1931, was the former home of Bugsy Siegal, John Wayne and Howard Hughes. It has been designated as a National Registry of Historic Places in the 1980s. In late 1980s, it was transformed into the St. James Club where it became the place to be seen and to see celebrities.
The current owner, Jeff Klein, turned the place from a cheap hotel dump into a posh 81-room place that is it today, according to the New York Daily Post. The penthouse suit now runs for around $2,250 a night. Its Tower Bar is the new hip hangout spots for today's celebrities. Katy Perry was seen for the first time with her new beau, Orlando Bloom, there.
