Jessica Biel's West Hollywood Restaurant Sued By Employees
Au Fudge, which features a Cal-French menu and a monitored children's playroom, opened in March 2016.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – Jessica Biel and her restaurant, Au Fudge, in West Hollywood were sued by workers Wednesday who allege they are owed tip and money for overtime and missed meal and rest breaks. They are seeking unspecified compensatory damages and at least $1 million in punitive damages.
Jon Rollo, a co-owners of Au Fudge along with Biel and several other individuals, declined to comment.
"Many of them saw working as a waiter or other service employee at Au Fudge as a way to get by while trying to begin a career in the entertainment business," the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit brought by Christina Desage and eight other plaintiffs says.
