LAUSD’s Case for A FEDERAL CONTROLLER

SOCIAL-CASTE-BASED ECONOMIC WARFARE

For the correctness of public policy and to advocate authentically on behalf of adolescent elementary youth lets actively criticize the public educational federal subsidies expenditures that led up to a wreckoning $600 million deficit before another fiscal budgetary deadline, 2019. Social class warfare has resulted in Los Angeles United School Districts $600 M deficit as noted.

As noted in relation to measure triple HHH, building is a kind of danger. What is already riddling LAUSD taxpayer student families, a 2nd most populous student body in the U.S., is frankly, the lack of proper equitable distribution of resources and representation, despite taxation (as we see occurring with referendum HHH), the money goes into the accounts of foreign architectural firms or gets allotted to emergency shortfalls in other budgetary arenas such as CALPERS, the nations’ leading most exorbitant pension program for Los Angeles’ retired public employees.

Many redevelopment foreign banking loans and local municipal kickbacks under the Villariagosa- Garcetti tenures had/have created promises of success for local jobs, affordable housing and education infrastructure reform as well as road improvements coinciding with the Wall Street banking bailouts debacle and housing mortgage crisis of the past score years.

While those campaign staples still have not surfaced, seven figure condo markets have and overseas professionals have flocked in, turnkey ready and often enough, armed with government incentives that allow them to reside stateside property tax free.

So again, building is a kind of danger because in LAUSD’s case metropolitan conventionality is also materially expensive and all the while, LIES!

These permutations are being orchestrated by the Garcetti administration- are cursing regional enthusiasm for educational budgetary fiscal balance with the mystic gamble of outsider investment interest, over a period of prospective turnaround – growth, a bogus conjunction of cause and effect in this common era of volatile international business climate.

The local municipal board of supervisor/council board members, spearheaded by Herb Wesson, has approved an erratic and unmanageable assortment of high end commercial residential retail mixed usage project developments. Many are already creating a cacophony of pedestrian and traffic difficulties as well as emoting surplus toxin dusts added to the further denegration of Angeleno’s air quality. And that material constructive urban progression has been ceaselessly held unaccountable as has the board of Council’s red right hand for the extent of Garcetti’s bridge to a 2nd mayoral term; so that today, municipal public sector Los Angeles is at a critical tension with the native thematic hospitable heritage of the Angeleno cultural love affair with arts and favorable arid climate, that invited these type of nemesis inside the inner sanctum of community, (post 9/11).

LAUSD SCHOOLS ARE NOW BAREBONE ON BOOKS:

Responsible urbanization has been largely a political message and children’s education all the while is being emphatically exploited as a rallying cry for increased contract labor spending increases, federal usurping, (as was the case during Villariagosa many lobbying sojourns to DC between mayoral convention balls), and increased taxation.

The previous generation of parentage, a largely marginalized post 9/11 era of the greater Los Angles United Student bodies, absorbed all the aforementioned fiscal taxation/associated shortfall burdens; including the erosion of fated educational facilities and outmoded resources as the system became, selfishly, slavishly more class conscious and competitive.

What is now needed immediately and expressly is an expansive blueprint agenda for the public regard of the grading and care of what is to be their generational 21st C. nexus. And beyond, merely the design, the enthusiasm of numbers and illustrations, whether it is to be a communal all encompassing equilibrium for all with a shared happiness and aptitude for enjoying LAUSD district wide equal generational opportunities because ultimately their prominence of economic welfare and actualized social productive growth through and throughout metropolitan Los Angles still non descript budgetary failures and fiscal uncertainty for tomorrow’s LAUSD graduates, will only come to the fore of a conventional metropolitan construct by their own valuable participation as a balanced and prepared body of persons guided by reason.

LAUSD, volleying economically from locals in the working class to elitist multi millionaires abroad from Europe and Asia, is showcasing only highlights and glimpses of a failed system. Students are without proper and prompt equitable distribution of updated textbooks, despite deepening taxation for CALPERS and educators are doing so with teeming bureaucratic puppeteering for representation . It is a catered to feast at the children’s expense already $600 million fat.

Books teach children to discover happiness with personal esteem inside and by learning more continuously, young adults advancedly, begin pursuing these modern contemporary outwardly scholastic aims, with varying degrees of benevolence for politics and society at large, to collect on their own independence and liberty, at measure of personal sacrifice and expense.

Why, now continue drumming up support for the continuity of Garcetti’s status quo the next three years, if only to even more greatly obstruct our children’s view form the jewels of their own safeguard American flag.

Like a broom straw shot through a telephone pole the torrential storm of manifest destiny’s reawakening for an antebellum m of the elite;; encapsulated in the luxury professional tower and conversion residential property development has exploded over the past decade and a half with the most recent mayoral tenure proving exhaustively, to outweigh safety and protocol with regard for schools standards of excellence and lacking guidance of principal strength in government as administration , faculty and staff have failed largely to voice the naked actual intimacies of internal corruptions thwarting the higher branches of learning, and who have yielded, rather, to the improprieties of diluting and grueling our youngest. Community is in essence, incentivizing the bogus rhetoric of turnaround-growth-internationalism by supplication and oppression to the Garcetti frequency of churning machinations.

The L.A. future growth model under Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti’s administration is a clandestine bureuacratic burial shroud for Hispanic Angeleno students, a milky veil of wool over the eyes of the flock’s barren young. Our students are losing their literary institutions, while presently highly global corporate investment operators are thriving too too liberally.

CORPORATE LOS ANGELES should, similarly, as in Las Vegas’ thriving educational system, be required to provide a basic tenet that certifies community bonding, not cap and trade, but direct express public education funding for all public education K-12. That maybe they too, should learn to discover happiness on the inside and moreover learn to pursue their aims by slaughtering the corporate ox rather than over-taxation of the family yolk.

L.A. parents must initiate the demand for a U.S. Government comptroller pending Federal special inquiry and also incentivize the rallying spirit for a Federal auditory budget on LAUSD, NOW!
