Monday's Scoop: City Council to Consider Amending Palm Project, Change PDC Green Building Windows

Council will consider allowing PDC to change the windows in its Green Building and amend the time frame for the Palm's construction on a new mixed-use building with retail, restaurant and affordable housing.

Main Event: City Council Regular Meeting

On the agenda is an amendment to the original construction time period for the , an appeal for the installation of a single horizontal ribbon of vision glass on all floors of the , and a discussion of a proposed "." The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. Their next meeting is set for Monday, Dec. 5.

Reminder: West Hollywood Food and Toy Drive

The event, now in its 21st year, provides families with a holiday meal and two toys for every child. The cost to help one West Hollywood area family is $65, $165 for three families. In addition to monetary donations, store coupons or discount cards are also welcome. Donations can be made on the second floor at , 8300 Santa Monica Blvd.
